How to Make a Private Folder on Android Without Any App

Today I am going to share a trick which is very much useful for each and every individual who is having an Android smartphone. All of us have some stuffs (photos, videos, files) in our smartphone which we don't want to share/show to other people. But the problem is that we are unable to hide that data manually. We need a third party application for this hiding purpose and sometimes this third party application can be very much dangerous for our personal data.

These third party applications don't come with any guarantee that all such applications are trustworthy. So, It can be unsafe to install such applications in our smartphone. So, today I am going to share   an easiest way to hide personal files in your android. 

The best thing about this trick is that you don't need any third party application to hide your data. 

STEPS TO HIDE THE DATA:

STEP 1: Go to the 'File manager'

STEP 2: Click on the "Internal or external  SD card"

STEP 3: Create the folder in which you want to save your personal data. You can have any name for it.

STEP 4: Then move your personal data to that new folder by just following the process of moving data.

STEP 5: Now edit the folder name and put a DOT before the name of that folder and save it .

STEP 6: Then touch the button left to Home button. Then click on the settings and unmark the
"Show hidden files"option. 

This will make that folder to automatically disappear.

STEPS TO SEE/VISUALISE THE HIDDEN FOLDER:

STEP 1: Go to file manager

STEP 2: Go to the external or internal SD card where you have kept that hidden folder or file.

STEP 3: Then touch the button left to Home button and then click on settings. Then mark the "Show hidden files" option.

This will make that folder visible.
